Announcement – Listing of Bonds (Emerging Companies Market)

On 19 July 2024, the Cyprus Stock Exchange announced the listing of Non Secured, Non-Guaranteed, Non-Convertible Callable Bonds of Mettmann Public Company Ltd (the “Company”), pursuant to Article 58(1) of the CSE Law on the Bonds Market of the CSE's Emerging Companies Market and their simultaneous registration to the CSE’s Central Securities Depository/Central Registry pursuant to Articles 10(1) and (3) of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange (Central Securities Depository/Central Registry) Law.

The listing is made with the method of private placement and the Company’s Nominated Advisor is Mega Equity Securities and Financial Services Public Ltd.
