Subject: Approval and Publication of financial statements of METTMANN PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED, for the year ended December 31, 2023

Based on the regulations of the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (the "CSE"), we hereby would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of METTMANN PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (the "Company"), considered and approved the standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st December 2023, which were prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) as adopted by the European Union (EU) and the requirements of the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap. 113, which are attached to the announcement.

The Financial Statements of 2023 is posted on the website of Cyprus Stock Exchange

Copies of the Financial Statements will be available at the registered office of the Company situated at Spyrou Araouzou 67, Ulysses House, 2nd floor, office 202, 3036, Limassol, Cyprus.
